This is what is going to help us to achieve something that the most well-known techniques do not achieve.
However there is one secret to consider, which is consistency. And not only in terms of personal care, but rather the same goes for following any kind of non-aggressive treatment. We need time and consistency to achieve the results that we desire.
In this blog, I aim to share with you a way to look after yourself from a place of self-love and patience, without forgetting that good results always require discipline, but we should respect it along with the pleasure that it gives us. That is why I am going to talk about natural beauty, because we are not looking to find something fast that we can achieve with any treatment or cosmetic product that frequently try to make our skin look perfect. We have heard time and time again how beauty comes from within, but yet we still continue in our quest for miraculous beauty secrets, scientific miracles that make us more beautiful. However, we all know deep down that each one of us has to find their own unique appeal. As soon as we start to try to imitate other people’s attributes, we also start to hide our own.
Strive to find peace and carefully thought out routines, look at yourself in the mirror, look at yourself in the eye and talk to yourself, reflect on and take pleasure in these few minutes you spend on yourself.
BASIC CARE FOR HYGIENE AND MOISTURISING
Let’s start with the basics, the everyday basics, which we should always abide by in a disciplined manner. Discipline will lead to enjoyment. Wherever we are and whatever time it is, we can follow these few basic guidelines:
- At night time we will ensure that we never go to bed without first having cleaned our faces.
- Always keep the skin clean and moisturised. Face and body.
- After a shower apply oil or moisturising lotion to the whole body.
- Clean your teeth at least twice daily, in the morning and at night.
- Wash your hands as many times a day as possible.
These are basic routines, because subsequently we will add to them with more specific actions according to each of our needs, in addition to our preferences. And these are the ideal situations with which we can endeavour to be conscious of our breathing, to learn to breathe, inhale and also to exhale slowly. Because we forget to breathe and most of the time only do so superficially, without even being aware that we are doing so, without thinking much about our breathing. Routines are perfect circumstances for us to start to work on our breathing, as we cannot continually reflect on our breathing, but we can start to do so in our health and beauty routines. Furthermore, how we breathe also determines how we feel, because good breathing is a form of mediation that also helps us to be healthy.
